We're so excited to share this day with you! To ensure you don’t miss a moment, please arrive at Maxwell Mansion by 3:30 PM. You're welcome to arrive earlier if you would like to relax in the Apothecary Bar or explore the gardens and grounds while awaiting the ceremony. The full wedding day schedule is outlined below so you know exactly what to expect...
3:30PM - Guest arrival
Guests should arrive at Maxwell Mansion by
3:30 PM and be seated for the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
4:00 pm - 4:30PM ceremony
Guests are kindly asked to be seated by 4:00 PM for the wedding ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:30 PM
Cocktail & Canape' hour
Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy cocktail hour featuring our favourite signature drinks alongside a variety of other refreshments—cheers to love, laughter, and the evening ahead!

Guests staying overnight at Maxwell Mansion may check into their rooms at any time during the evening after the ceremony — just be sure not to miss any key moments!
5:30 pm - 6 PM
Photos
Time to capture the magic! Formal photos with family, wedding party, and friends will take place during this time!
6 pm - 7:30 PM
Food, Speeches & CAKE!
Gather around for a delicious meal, heartfelt speeches, and our cake-cutting moment!
7:30 pm - Midnight
Open Bar, Dancing & Speakeasy Access!
Let the celebration continue with dancing, a lively DJ, and an open bar to keep spirits high! From 8:00 PM, slip into the Prohibition-era Speakeasy for vintage charm and exceptional cocktails—perfect for raising a glass to the night.
And when the dancing works up an appetite, a late-night snack will be served to keep the energy going strong!
